RICHARD HILTON’s passion to reach the lost began when he was only nineteen. His zeal to win others to Christ launched him into evangelism as a teenager! Richard served as a full-time evangelist conducting weekend crusades while in Bible College. This same passion compelled him to revive the church by planting a multi-cultural church that broke racial, social, and economic barriers. He and his wife Theresa are the Founding Pastors of Calvary Church in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Married for 46 years with 3 children and 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren they are excited about Indigo Hills because they see the blessing Indigo Hills will be to local churches, families, & marriages. Richard and Theresa share a common interest with Indigo Hills as they currently lead a coaching, counseling, and consulting ministry to leaders and local churches concerning the areas of their health, family, and growth strategies at: hiltonfamilyministries.com/

BRITTANY SHORTT-Brittany lives in Bristol, Virginia with her husband, Tim, and two children, Roman and Callie.
Professionally, she is the Executive Director for the Bristol Virginia Public Schools Education Foundation. She is also the co-owner of Encore Consulting which focuses on helping people build lives of peace, connection and impact.
Her interests cover a wide range of topics but the main ones center around human behavior: neuroscience, psychology, relationships and emotional health. She grew up in church but credits her pastors at Calvary Church in Johnson City, Tn., for helping her truly experience the love of God and of other people.
Serving on the board for Indigo Hills allows her to combine her professional skill set of public relations, board development, fund raising and building relationships with her personal interest in psychology and emotional well being. To be able to do this as a service to ministry leaders is a wonderful bonus.
